It’s not going to be a good day

Terry @ 10:24 am

I started the morning by slamming my hand in the door. I think one finger is broken–it’s swollen, purple and hurts like crazy when I touch it–and I’m not sure about two others. Thank goodness it’s my left.

Some days it doesn’t pay to leave the house.

    :-0 !

Please tell me you’re going to the doctor with it…

Get that checked luv, and let us know how it turns out, okay?

  2. Terry Says:

Nah, no doctor, Lisa. I’ve got it splinted and taped, which is all the clinic could do. I’ve been through this routine before. It makes typing interesting, though.

  3. Bluegrass Poet Says:

Oh! I hurt for you. I think I’m with Lisa. You probably ought to go to a doctor.

  4. Billie Says:

Ouch!!! I’m sorry. You really should go to the doctor (I’m assuming you have been by now . . . ) Take care of yourself.

  5. Jeff Hess Says:

    Shalom Terry,

You’re not 23 and playing shortstop anymore. Get ye to an urgent care center woman.

    B’shalom,

    Jeff

Ouch! Don’t spend any more time ‘thinking’ it’s broken — go find out!

    And heal quickly!

  7. Terry Says:

Thanks for the concern, everyone. This morning I can tell it’s just the one finger and the splint is helping a lot. I’ll be fine. I’ve done this lots of times before.
