Project: Healthy
The diet is still going well. With Julie here for a visit it’s harder to keep my carb level down, because she does things like make me sticky toffee pudding, but it’s worth it. It was hard, but I ate one small piece and put the rest away.
I’m still not doing my time on the treadmill, though. Gotta get moving on that.
Week 2: 3 lbs
Total: 6 lbs
